Details & Cancellations

Details:

• Rates are based on single or double occupancy
  

• Extra guests are $25 plus tax per night
  

• 6% Texas Hotel Tax and 7% Local Lodging Tax will be added to room rates
  

• Reservations are confirmed when a room is secured with a major credit card.
  

• We accept checks, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover
  

• Check-in Time is After 3:00PM
  

• Check-Out Time Is 12:00 Noon
  

• This is a non-smoking establishment
  

• We regret the Yellow House is not suitable for children or pets
  

Cancellations:

• We understand there are times when canceling is unavoidable.
  

• Minimum 72-hour cancellation notice required.
  

• Multiple rooms require extended cancellation time (24 hour additional per room).
  

• If canceling within 72-hours a refund will be made for any rooms that can be re-booked.
  

• There is a $10 service charge for reservations made by credit card if canceling.
