Beautiful! Hosts are super spectacular.... Great food.. Great area... Definitely a good place to stay.. Close to shops breweries, restaurants, winery..etc

We had a wonderful time touring the Salado Stroll. Yellow House Inn was the perfect place to come"home "to yet again. We visited with the friendly owners and settled into a very comfortable room for the evening. We woke up to a delicious breakfast and more interesting conversation. We've enjoyed our stays at the Yellow House Inn and we'll definitely be back soon.

Our romantic getaway at The Yellow House B&B was perfect! The owners, Jay and Sara, were so warm and welcoming. They told us about so many wonderful places in Salado and the breakfast Sara made was phenomenal! Our cabin was beautiful and pristine. We will definitely be back soon!

Awesome owners who pay attention to every detail of our trip. Charming b and b that feels homey and close to events we did in Saledo Stroll. Met us with an umbrella in a torrential downpour coming and going. Five stars.

A peaceful place in a pastoral setting

We spent one night at the YHB&B, and were upgraded to the Purple House cottage. The cottage was a immaculate, tastefully decorated, and outfitted with snack/drinks/coffee etc. The setting of the B&B is just outside Salado on a country road, set amongst rolling hills of pastureland and meadow. Most importantly, it is quiet, far enough from I 35 and any roads to allow the chirps of the crickets to be the dominant soundtrack. It's about a 3 minute pleasant drive into Salado. Our hosts were a pleasure to deal with, and the breakfast successfully tempted us away from our low-carb resolution.

Peaceful Christmas Rest
Stayed the weekend in the main house at Yellow House Bed and Breakfast. Very peaceful and private. Sara and James welcomed us with warm caramel popcorn and fudge, all homemade and delicious! Peaceful surroundings out in the countryside but close to town to put in a day of great shopping in Salado. Played cards and listened to music that evening in the family room. Our favorite for 4 years running for girls getaway is The Pink House. Great time, you won't be disappointed!

Scottish Festival
What a wonderful B&B!! Sara and James were the sweetest couple and took excellent care of us. The gourmet breakfast was delicious and our room was clean, cozy and comfortable with a good nights sleep each night.
The house and grounds were decorated so festive and beautiful for Autumn. We can't wait to go back!

It Doesn't Get Better Than This !
The Yellow House is such a perfect B&B, just outside Salado ! Four BRs in the main house with access to a very comfortable common room and the dining area with a guests' refrigerator ! The large covered porch is a wonderful place to plop in the early morning with a cuppa java or any time during the day. In addition, there are four cottages on the property. If you can pull yourself away from the B&B, you will find Salado full of wonderful shopping and restaurants. Our hosts, Sara and James, have an eye for detail and those special touches make a big difference. Don't miss this B&B - - you will love it!
